Hi Photonizer,
my name is Robby and I don’t like to take pictures, I love it!
My enthusiasm for photography began in 1985 with the participation in a workshop for photography at my school. Although I unfortunately did not have the financial resources to afford my own camera, I bought at least DIA- and Negative films. With the borrowed equipment from friends, I started to make the first photographs – mostly in sports, which was the focus of my leisure time. What can I say – that was my early experimental phase.
At this time you were well advised to use the trigger of your camera less frequently, because there were only 36 shots per film available. Moreover you always had to wait until the photos were developed … quite expensive if you learn by method Trail & Error and without parental sponsoring.
The autofocus was still in the future and the aperture and the exposure time had to be set up manually. Hard to imagine when one realizes what a standard mobile offers today.
Enjoy your time here at robbypicture.com and I would be very pleased if you share your impressions with your loved ones.
… soon come,
Robby
